Electric Boost Thermosiphon Solar Water Heaters
These systems combine a stainless steel tank with integrated solar collectors. Thermosiphon Solar Water Heaters feature:
- long life stainless steel tank
- stainless steel and aluminium mounting frame- ideal for coastal areas
- high performance solar collectors with toughened glass to resist hail and other falling objects
- fast installation and convenient lifting handles
- 7 year tank and collector warranty
- 35 STCs in Zone 3- the maximum amount of STCs available for hot water
- available in 200lt and 300lt sizes

Flat Plate Electric Boost Split Solar Water Heaters
These Solar Systems are ideal for non-frost areas with the tank mounted on the ground and the panels on the roof. Quiet and efficient they can be customised to suit your homes needs. The tank has an electric boost so that if the sun has not heated the water on your roof sufficiently, then the tank can be topped up with mains or solar power. Typically this will happen during winter months however the further North you are, the less this will happen. The features of these systems include:
- slim profile for your rooftop- they look like PV solar panels
- toughened glass on the panels to resist hail and other falling objects
- 3 tank sizes available- 270lt, 340lt and 450lt
- 2 panels or 3 panels to suit your needs

Evacuated Tube Electric Boost Split Solar Water Heaters
These systems are the same format as the flat panel split systems, but have evacuated tubes in place of the flat panels. Evacuated tubes are very efficient in heating water and as they work with a vacuum enclosing the water, they are frost resistant. This means that in areas that are prone to getting frost at night during Winter, these systems are not affected. The specifications for the systems are similar to the flat panel systems:
- slim profile for your rooftop- they look like PV solar panels
- resistant to frost conditions
- toughened glass on the tubes to resist hail and other falling objects
- 3 tank sizes available- 270lt, 340lt and 450lt
- 2 panels or 3 panels to suit your needs
